1. Definitions
   • "Soap Products" means the handmade soap and related products sold by BubblyBlendWorks.
   • "Customer" means the individual purchasing the Soap Products from BubblyBlendWorks.
   • "Customer Data" means the personal information provided by the Customer, including name, email address, and shipping address.
2. Soap Products
   • BubblyBlendWorks provides high-quality, handcrafted soap and related products for personal use and enjoyment.
   • All Soap Products are made in small batches using natural ingredients and traditional soap making methods.
   • BubblyBlendWorks reserves the right to discontinue or modify any Soap Products at its discretion.
3. Customer Data and Privacy
   • BubblyBlendWorks collects Customer Data solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and maintaining the integrity of the business.
   • BubblyBlendWorks does not sell, exchange or share Customer Data with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as necessary to deliver the Soap Products or as required by law.
   • BubblyBlendWorks takes measures to securely store and process Customer Data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
   • The soap making formulas, product designs, and content created by BubblyBlendWorks are owned by the company and protected by copyright.
   • Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Soap Products for personal consumption.
   • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of BubblyBlendWorks' intellectual property is prohibited.
5. Ordering and Shipping
   • Customers may order Soap Products through the BubblyBlendWorks website or other approved sales channels.
   • BubblyBlendWorks will ship orders to the address provided by the Customer using the selected shipping method.
   • Shipping times and costs are subject to change and will be communicated to the Customer prior to purchase.
6. Returns and Refunds
   • BubblyBlendWorks accepts returns of unused Soap Products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the company's return policy.
   • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping or handling fees.
7. Termination
   • BubblyBlendWorks reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's access to purchase Soap Products for violation of these terms or other inappropriate conduct.
   • Upon termination, the Customer's right to purchase BubblyBlendWorks Soap Products will end.
8. Limitation of Liability
   • BubblyBlendWorks' total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific Soap Products.
   • Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   • These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
   • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
